1 can salmon
1 - 1¼ package crushed potato chips
3 eggs well beaten
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 Tbls lemon juice
2 Tbls butter
¼ cup grated sharp cheese

Mix all ingredients well. Place in a butter casserole, and bake at 400º for approximately 25 minutes or until brown,
