Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 T plain gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
4 egg whites (beaten STIFF)
2 cups whipping cream (whipped)

Graham Cracker Crust:
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crust
4 T butter, melted
4 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make the crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar together. Press into pie plate and pack the crumbs firmly. Then chill for 2 hours.

If you’re making a no-bake pie/dessert: chill this pie crust for at least 2 hours before filling it. Chilling the crust before adding your no-bake filling solidifies the melted butter/sugar mixture, ensuring a compact crust.

2. Cook sugar, milk, and egg yolks until it bubbles (but not thick). Add plain gelatin dissolved in cold water. Add custard to gelatin and cool.

3. Beat egg whites until stiff.
4. Beat whipped cream until very still (don't let it turn to butter though)

5. Add egg whites and whipped cream to the cooled custard.

6. Put in graham cracker crust and chill until set.
