Wonton Wrappers
Mozzarella cheese

Meat Sauce:
1 lb meat
1 onion, diced fine
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
3 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Cheese Sauce:
1 med ricotta cheese
1 egg
3 Tbsp Parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375F. Spray Muffin tins with cooking spray. Line with 2 wonton wrappers criss cross to cover bottom and sides. Put 1 Tbsp meat sauce, then 1 Tbsp cheese sauce, then 1 Tbsp meat sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes. Remove and enjoy as appetizers or quick fun meal.
