2 1/2-3 lb. frying chicken cut up or you may use only breast meat cut into bite sized pieces
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 - 3 c. tomato sauce
1 medium onion, sliced or chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1.8 tsp pepper

Directions:
In a large fry pan or Dutch oven, brown chicken in hot oil. Drain excess oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45-50 minutes or until tender.

Serve over spaghetti.
