Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ lb. hamburger
¾ cup soda cracker crumbs
⅛ cup fine chopped onion
½ cup milk
2 beaten eggs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put hamburger in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir together well. Shape into an oblong ball. I usually use my hands and put meat mixture on a board to shape. Place in a greased pan. Topping if you like. 1 tbsp. brown sugar and ⅛ cup catsup. I add an ⅛ cup of water and cover the meatloaf. Bake about an hour and 20 minutes at 300. Depends on the shape of the ball. I usually just take a knife and make a little slice to see if meat is done. After an hour, I pour on an 18 oz. jar of beef gravy and serve with potatoes. This can be made into walnut size meatballs.

Tasty with baked potato and a vegetable.
