About 12 cups torn lettuce (romaine, leaf)
2½ cups sliced fruit ( strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, blueberries, apples, pears)
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup toasted pecans or walnuts
Dressing
½ cup oil
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp. salt.
¼ tsp.paprika
Pinch white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
I make the dressing ahead and put on salad when ready to serve. The lettuce seems to wilt quickly.
