3 cups warm water
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
4 cups flour
2 Tbsp instant yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except yeast until smooth, add yeast. Mix. Add 1 cup of flour at a time until desired consistency. Divide the dough in half. Roll dough out on oiled counter. Should look like a rectangle. Cut into 12 strips. Dip each strip into melted butter. Fold in half and place in 9x13 pan. Making four rows of three. May have to overlap. Repeat with other half of dough. Will make 2 - 9x13 pans. Sprinkle with course salt. Cover with Saran Wrap. Let rise while oven is pre-heating. Make sure you remove the Saran Wrap before baking! Bake 425º for 15 minutes.
