5 cups warm water
3 teas salt
4 eggs
¾ cup honey (melted)
¾ cup oil
½ cup molasses
1 cup Sunnyboy cereal (Red River or 7 grain cereal from bulk barn)
1 cup flax (blend in blender)
⅔ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
⅔ cup pumpkin seeds
4 cups whole wheat flour
3½ Tbsp instant yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Add white flour to make it not as sticky. Makes 5 loaves of bread or roll in rectangle, cut into square, then cut into triangle. Place on parchment paper. To make cheese buns add spaghetti sauce , cheese and roll. Bake 350ºF for 30 minutes
