¼ lb. of Ground Beef (to be made into a quarter pound patty)
4 strips of Bacon
⅛ lb. of Pulled Pork
2 Burger Buns
Barbeque Sauce
¼ lb of Sirloin Steak

Cook bacon and pulled pork on the grill until crispy and juicy, respectively.

2. Form the ground beef into a burger patty.

3: Cook burger patty on the grill until it is at desired rareness.

4: Lightly toast the buns on the grill. (A top warming rack could save time with this by toasting while cooking the meat).

5: Assembly (Bottom to top)
5a: Place burger patty on the bun.
5b: Place the 4 strips of bacon in a cross hatching style (for all millenials, “hashtag” style).
5c: Spread pulled pork evenly.
5d: Add some barbeque sauce on the current assembly.
5e: End with a top bun.

6: Place burger on a plate and wait for steak.

Steps for Steak:

1: Before cooking, ready steak by marinating with mesquite (make marinade via instructions on packaging) for around 1 ½ - 2 hours,

2: Place steak on the grill until desired rareness.
