5 T. Old-fashioned oats
1 c. Water
4 ½ t. Sugar
4 ½ t. Olive oil
1 t. Salt
2 c. Bread flour
¼ c. rye flour
¼ c. Whole wheat flour
2 ½ t. yeast
½ t. dried minced onion
½ t. dried minced garlic
½ t. dill weed
½ t. poppy seeds

Topping:
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ t. coarse salt
½ t. dried minced onion
½ t. dried minced garlic
½ t. dill weed
½ t. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. In food processor, process oats until finely ground. In bread machine, place oats, water, sugar, oil, salt, flours, yeast and seasonings in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of water or flour if needed).

2. When cycle is complete, turn dough onto lightly floured surface, shape into loaf, about 15 inches long. Transfer to a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or parchment sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes.

3. Carefully brush dough with egg, sprinkle with topping ingredients. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
