1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet Hidden ranch dressing mix
1 lb. green beans
1.5 lbs. red skin potatoes
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan with non stick spray and se aside.

Dice potatoes and lay across half of the pan. Pour the green beans in the other half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Trim your chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Lay them across the top of the green beans and potatoes. Sprinkle the packet of ranch dressing mix over the entire dish.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl, add in the olive oil then pour evenly over the entire dish. Cover with foil and bake for approximately one hour or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are fork tender
