Easy Scones Recipe

2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Possible flavors:
orange cranberry - orange glaze
dried blueberries - lemon glaze
dried cherries - plain glaze
chopped apples & cinnamon - maple glaze

Heat oven to 425
Mix dry ingredients in a blow (add fruit and or flavor, toss to coat)
Add cream, mix gently until dough together (mixes best with hands)
Lightly flour counter or board and pat out dough, cut into shapes.

Bake 10 -15 minutes until golden brown.
