1 - 15 ounce can of coconut cream
1 - 46 ounce can pineapple juice
1 liter diet cream soda
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Mix coconut cream and pineapple juice. Stir in large clumps of softened ice cream. Slowly add soda and chill.
