1 - 1/2 Cup Picante Sauce

3 T packed Brown Sugar

1 T Dijon Style Mustard

4 boneless Chicken Breast

3 Cups Hot Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Picante Sauce, Mustard, and Brown Sugar together.

Place Chicken in a 2 quart shallow baking dish.

Pour Picante Sauce Mixture over Chicken.

Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve over Rice.
