6 medium potatoes
6 slices of bacon
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup vinegar
2 T sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with jackets on, Peel and slice, cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Saute finely chopped onion in the bacon grease. Mix together vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a small pan and bring to boil then add to the onions and bacon. Pour over potatoes and mix well. You can add a little water to vinegar mixture if it is too sour.
