1½ cups sugar
1½ tsp cream of tartar
2 cups water
22 Ritz crackers
1 unbaked pie shell
2 Tbl butter
1 Tbl lemon juice
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix sugar, cream of tartar and water. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Add the crackers and boil 1 more minute.
Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon.
Bake at 450º for 15-20 minutes.
