1 Cup Flour

1/4 lb. Butter (softened)

1/2 Cup Nuts

1 Cup Powder Sugar

1- 8 ounce Cream Cheese

2 - 8 ounce Cool Whip

3 small boxes of Instant Butterscotch Pudding

3 3/4 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Butter and Nuts. Press down in a 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes till lightly brown - Cool.

Beat Powder Sugar and Cream Cheese together, add 8 ounces of Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

Combine Milk with Pudding. Beat with Mixer till stiff.

Spread over Cream Cheese mixture.

Spread the other 8 ounce Cool Whip over Pudding.

Sprinkle with Nuts

Cool in refrigerator overnight.
