Cake:
1 pkg. Lemon Velvet Cake mix
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 pkg. lemon jello
¼ c. salad oil
Glaze:
2 c. powdered sugar
juice of 2 lemons
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake ingredients together. Bake according to directions on cake mix. Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice. When cake is baked but still hot, poke holes in the cake and pour the lemon glaze over the cake.
