2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp.cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs. slightly beaten
2 cups pumpkin

Directions:

Combine in order given. Beat well. Spread in greased 12 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Frosting
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. whipping cream
2 - 3 cups powdered sugar
Mix together until spreading consistency. Add a little more whipping cream if necessary.
