Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon white vinegar
kosher salt
freshly cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill (optional)

1 English cucumber, washed and thinly sliced (about 2 cups sliced)
or roughly 4-5 regular cucumbers
1/2 cup thinly sliced red or yellow onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add sliced cucumbers and onions into a bowl
2. Combine the cream, vinegar and water. Pour over the cucumbers and onion.
3. Salt and pepper to taste. If necessary add more vinegar if desired.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
