6 egg yolks
6 t WATER
3 C FLOUR PINCH OF SALT

Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks and water together a few mins.
2. add flour a little at a time til it makes a soft dough
3. Make stiff just so it can be worked
4. divide into four balls, roll each out very thin
5. lay seperate on clean cloth to dry just til not sticky
6. slice into desired width finish drying
