1 (3.4-oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
⅔ c. fresh key lime juice (I use Jake & Tilley's)
⅔ c. whole milk
1 tbsp. lime zest
2 sheets graham crackers, crushed (about c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Into a large bowl, combine pudding mix, condensed milk, lime juice, milk, and lime zest. Whisk until smooth, then transfer to popsicle mold. Top each pop with 1 tablespoon crushed graham cracker. Insert popsicle stick into each pop and freeze for 6 hours, or until frozen. Before serving, run molds under warm water to loosen popsicles.
