2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
tsp cinnamon
2 large eggs, separated
2 cups buttermilk
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. In a small bowl beat egg whites until peaks form. Set aside. Add egg yolks, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Blend well. Gently fold in egg whites into the batter. Cook waffles as normal in a waffle maker. Serve with syrup.
