1 pkg. Egg Roll Skins
1 can small shrimp, drained
1 cup Celery, chopped
cup fresh Mushrooms, chopped
1 green Onion, chopped (with tops)
1 cup Bean Sprouts, drained
2-4 cups fresh Cabbage, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables and mix well with shrimp.
Place a tbsp. Of mixture on each egg roll skin, wet edges of skin and wrap.

Deep fry until brown.
