6 eggs, room temperature
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
tsp salt
4 Tbsp margarine (for melting in a pan)

Directions:
Directions:
I blend the first 4 ingredients in the blender for a smoother texture. Melt the margarine in a 9x13 pan. When melted, add the batter. Bake 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve with Buttermilk Syrup.
