Mix dry ingredients:
1½ cups flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ teas salt

Mix and add to dry ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
1½ cups milk
2 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add more or less milk to have thicker or thinner pancakes. Pan is ready when drops of water bounce all over it. Drop batter by spoonful onto lightly greased hot pan. When bubbles appear; and edges begin to dry, turn to brown other side. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
