3 eggs
½ tsp salt
¾ cup milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
icing sugar for sprinkling
8-10 slices of stale bread

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl put eggs, sugar cinnamon, salt and milk. MIx together thoroughly. Dip bread in batter. Fry on lightly greased medium hot pan. Brown both sides. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Top with fruit.
