10 slices of bread, crusts removed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup diced ham or cooked bacon or sausage
Beat 6 eggs then add:
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dry mustard
cup minced onion
cup minced green pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco
3 cups whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan. Take 8 slices of bread and cover the bottom of the dish. Cover bread with meat of choice and cheese, then the other 8 slices of bread (like a sandwich). Pour egg mixture over top and put in fridge overnight. In the morning remove from fridge and cover the top with lightly crushed cornflakes; then cup melted butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
