16 oz spaghetti sauce
1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 egg
1/2 lb cottage cheese
1/4 lb mozzerella cheese
1 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Large pasta shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells until tender. Drain. Defrost and drain spinach, place in a large bowl with rest of the ingredients and mix well. Fill each shell with spinach mixture and place in a rectangular baking dish. Spread spaghetti sauce over the top and then bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until the mixture is bubbling.
