1 pound ground beef
1 cup Quick Quaker Oats
1 cup milk
1 slightly beaten egg
¼ cup minced onions
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon sage

SAUCE:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly and pack in loaf pan.
Make groove and pour in sauce.
Bake ½ hour at 350 degrees F.
