Ingredients:  
2 pounds Pasta of choice (penne, spaghetti, etc.)
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked, bite size pieces
1 large onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 medium zucchini chopped
1 can diced Rotel
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dillweed
2 pound box Velveeta
16 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta till tender.
Cook and cut up chicken breasts.
In a large stock pot, sauté onion and bell pepper till tender. Add remaining ingredients (except pasta and chicken) and stir frequently until cheeses are melted.
Add pasta and mix well. Add Chicken and mix well.
May freeze and eat later.
