Boil to a soft ball stage, about 5 minutes:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup corn syrup
cup water
teas cream of tartar

Take off heat and add teas baking soda. Pour over popped popcorn (2 cups unpopped)
