Saute:
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 med onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped

Mix:
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeeze dry)
1 jar marinated artichokes (drained + chopped)
1 pkg cream cheese (cut into squares)
pint sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheese (save 1/2 cup for top)
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teas paprika
1 teas pepper
teas salt
teas red pepper flakes
Tortilla chip/crackers

Directions:
Saute first 3 ingre. Mix the rest, topping with cup cheese. Bake in 2 quart dish at 350 for 10 minutes.
