Puree in Blender:
1 tomato chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ cup sweet onion, finely chopped
Pinch salt

Fry 8-10 minutes:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ cup mushrooms, finely chopped

Then add:
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ cup goat cheese

Mix and bake 350º for 15 minutes. Serve with pita chips.
