At least 6 medium to large potatoes
1 stick of butter
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
Heavy Whipping Cream
Sour Cream (if not for dad)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until you can pierce a fork easily through them. Drain. Place back in pan. Add all the ingredients. If using sour cream, you don't need to add the heavy whipping cream (hwc). Beat, and taste as you go. I usually add a little salt.
