2 c warm milk

2T instant dry yeast

1/4 c sugar

2T salt

6T soften butter

6 c flour

1T melted butter

2 lg eggs

Directions:
preheat oven 375
1. in lg bowl combine warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, eggs. miw well.
2. add 51/2 c flour, start mixing , once flour is incorporatedadd remaining flour keep mixing till dough starts pulling away from bowl.
3. transfer dough to lightly greased bowl, cover with towel let rise 90 mins.
4. lightly grease baking sheet, punch down dough and form into 24 rolls. place on baking sheet in 6 rows of 4
5. cover let rise 1 hour.
6. bake rolls for 14 mins,
7. brush with melted butter.

Dough may be frozen once formed into balls. Then thaw compleatly let rise till double in size. Then bake for 14 mins. Brush with melted butter.
