1 quart whipping cream
¼ pound butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup Splenda or sugar
¼ cup banana rum to taste
1 cup Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bring whipping cream and butter to boil for 2 minutes. Mix next 4 ingredients and serve warm over bread pudding, cake, etc.
