Grind vegetables:
4 c. Onion
1 Cabbage head
12 Green Peppers
6 Sweet Red Peppers
10 green Tomatoes

1 tbsp. Celery Seed
2 tbsp. Mustard Seed
1 ½ tsp. Turmeric
4 c. Cider Vinegar (Spectrum brand)
2 c. Water
½ tsp. Salt
6 c. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, chop or grind vegetables. Add ½ cup Salt and let stand overnight.
Drain and rinse.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boilings

Pack in hot jars and seal.
