2 (8") baked pie shells
2 ½ quart strawberries
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
1 small box strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Be sure to blend well. Add water and cook over medium heat until thick. Add jello and stir until smooth. Let it cool and pour over berries in pie dish. Berries may be whole or sliced. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate.
