1 Bag (16 ox.) Frozen vegetables combination (Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thaw and drain
1 can Mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
⅓ cup sour cream
tsp. pepper
1 jar diced pimento, drained (optional)
1 can French Fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl combine vegetables, soup, cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and can French Fried Onions. Pour into shallow 1 quart casserole.
Bake covered for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top, bake, uncovered 4 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
