1 1/2 c. of graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
1/3 c. butter
4- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Combine crumbs, 3 T of sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.

Beat cheese, 1 c. of sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed. Pour over crust.

Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours.
