When I think of the Westby household, I especially think of a tool Grandma Westby used. She had an old can (perhaps a baking powder can) with holes in the top and the bottom cut out. She used the can to chop potatoes. Ervin always thought I should use one. Ervin also liked sauerkraut and pork ribs put together and cooked all day long on low heat. This must have been something that Grandma used to make.
