1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg (3 1/2 oz) instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c oil
3/4 c water
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the bread ingredients together and mix for 8 minutes. It is necessary to mix for the 8 minutes. I use 3 7 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/2 pans that I grease and divide the dough between (enough to cover the bottom of the pan - about 1/2 the dough). Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon & sugar mixture, run a knife back and forth then put the rest of the batter in and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar mixture. Run your knife back and forth again. Bake @ 350º for 35 minutes. Baking time will be different if you use other sized pans. Test with a toothpick to know when done.
