Cake:
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c buttermilk
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 c cut up rhubarb

Topping:
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients and put in 9 x 13 pan. I usually use a glass pan but you can use a regular cake pan if it's going to be used right away. Sprinkle the batter with the topping mixture. Bake @ 350 for 45 - 60 minutes (use a toothpick to test if done).
