½ teaspoon sugar
dash salt
2 Tablespoons flour
½ cup milk
2 pats butter
English/sweet peas
Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas. Mix in sugar. Mix salt, flour and milk to make a paste. NO LUMPS! Add past to peas. If necessary, thin with water or thicken with flour. Add 2 pats butter. Cook until butter is melted.
