1lb Owens sausage roll
1 package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
4 lg eggs
1/2 c milk
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 cubed ham
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In a skillet, cook sausage.
Lightly grease 2, 12 c muffin tins
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 27-30 minutes or until toothpick or knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
