6-8 poblano peppers
16 oz. sour cream; preferably Mexican
1 package cream cheese
cilantro
garlic
4C cooked rice
1 package mozzarella cheese
9x13 Pyrex Pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Roast poblanos and place in plastic bag to sweat; peel skin when cooled and throw in a blender (seeds optional)

2. Add to blender: cream cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and garlic

3. Blend all ingredients well

4. Layer rice-poblano salsa-rice-salsa-mozzarella cheese (if you want it cheesier, you can add cheese to first layer

5. Cook at 350º for 30 minutes

6. Buen Provecho!
