15 oz can salmon
1t garlic salt
1 t pepper
1 med onion diced
1/2 red bell pepper diced
3 T butter
1 c planko bread crumbs
2 lg eggs beaten
3 T mayo
1t worcestershire sauce
1/4 c parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. heat med skillet with 1T oil, 1 T butter add diced onion and bell pepper saute until softened remove from heat.

2. in lg mixing bowl combine salmon, 2 eggs, mayo , worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir til combined, form into patties.

3. heat non stick skillet, with 1 T oil and 1 T butter cook patties 3 to 4 mins per side over med heat .
