1 large head lettuce
1 small package frozen uncooked green peas
small bunch chopped green onion tops
6 sliced boiled eggs
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
1 pint mayonnaise
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce pieces in 9" x 13" dish. It will be about 2 inches deep. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed on top of lettuce. Cover dish with lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.

Spread mayonnaise like frosting. If too thick, thin with milk.
