2 cups of chicken, cooked and diced
Cooked pasta (about 8-12 oz. uncooked)

Sauce:
½ cup butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 ounces cream cheese
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan: Add butter, whipped cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted. Add everything else except parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Cook over low heat until mixture reduces, than add parmesan cheese.
Cook and stir until cheese well mixed, then add chicken.
Serve over pasta, or just mix into the cooked pasta.

Can use spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles as substitute for pasta to make it low carb.
